*CANCELLATION POLICY (Sports Therapy and Facials Only): Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointments is subject to a 30% Cancellation fee. If you arrive late to your appointment, you are still required to pay the full price of the service. This policy ensures that we can provide timely service to our clients and that our therapists are compensated properly. Thank you for understanding!
